Physicians, Golf & Booze

My friends at Blue Ion introduced me to the intelligent, interesting physicians who are part of The Medical Society of South Carolina. With a mission to advance and enhance the health and well being of the community, this 250-year old Society is responsible for some unbelievable healthcare milestones, including founding the Medical College of South Carolina, which eventually became the Medical University of South Carolina, as well as establishing Roper Hospital.

Members of the Society get a seat at the healthcare decision-making table and a voice, influence, and power to help direct healthcare resources to where they’re needed most. And, an enduring legacy to do good.

Shout outs to Katie for a beautiful design and Mike for keeping the engine running strong and true.

The is the Charleston Golf Guide website. Blue Ion (shout outs to Woody, Craig and Chris) did it. I wrote some headlines and such.

I am pretty certain this is one of Woody’s favorite sites. Mostly because it’s about golf.

People want golf vacations. They should have them. We helped get the information organized and made it fun. You want to click and book your golf vacation now. You know you do.

It seems only fitting to end with a toast, no? Once again, Blue Ion (Woot to Katie and David!) has pulled me into some boozy business with Maverick Southern Kitchens. That is, I get to help name them and write about them. This is serious, y’all. Vodka, berry vodka, citrus vodka, gin, rum, tequila and bourbon. All created in true Maverick spirit. Spirits with spirit. If you will. And I shall. Cheers!

The Maverick South Kitchens family of spirits. Or, spirited family. Whichever.
